Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of the site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard shipping orders will be shipped out UPS ground and will arrive within 4-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email after the order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you are shiping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or US territories your order will be sent out USPS and may take up to 10 days to arrive to your address
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Pacific on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.
Standard Shipping (delivery within 4-5 business days): $6.95 per order
1-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $25 per order
Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to all US States and Territories. At this time we do not ship outside of those areas.
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, 925BOX.COM ships to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping?
A: We try to make things as easy as we can for you! All of our standard shipping options are based on the price and weight(UPS). Orders shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS.
